Here's what I believe to be true:

You, my friend, are an activist.

You want your sessions to lead to a social shift, but you also want to do it all without manipulating people or doing things that don’t feel good.

Your workshops can be activism.

The Prism of ACES helps you:

host workshops in integrity with your values.
model those values through the choices you make
underscore how we treat people in every aspect of our lives matters, and that seemingly small gestures add up.
affirm there are many things within our control and a better world is still, in fact, possible.
take actions to support the kind of world you want to live in.

I also believe that...

We can work towards fully being our authentic selves, instead of succumbing to the pressure of perfectionism.

We can support the building of community, instead of feeling the need to always be brilliant under a spotlight.

We can create spaces with communal wisdom where everyone has a place to really engage, instead of trying to hack some surface engagement.

And we can share our message in digestible ways that nourish people, instead of firehosing our content and overwhelming them.

This feels so liberating to me. It opens up so many possibilities.

Now that you’re familiar with this framework… what will you do with it?
