Equity in your workshops: Is it for real, or just an illusion? Sometimes what *looks* like collaboration is actually just an Equity Mirage. You’re sharing space... but not sharing power. 👀 Quick gut check: 👉🏽 Are you doing most of the talking? 👉🏽 Is implementation left as homework? 👉🏽 Do you make an “executive decision” when time runs out? 👉🏽 Are you absolutely exhausted after? No shame. I see you. You’re not alone in this. It's pretty common. And here’s the good news: Small shifts can create a ripple effect—moving you from just looking equitable to actually sharing power with your participants. The more *we* do it, the more we model it for others, and normalize NOT hoarding control.
